The Honorable Governor,

Greetings of peace!

I am Eulogio B. Curada, a license Professional Teacher and a resident of Purok-2 Barangay


Mahanub, Gigaquit Surigao del Norte. I earned Bachelor of Science degree in Community
Development at Mindanao State University Main Campus, Marawi City in 2013, I also earned
my teacher Curriculum Certificate in Saint Theresa College Inc. later in 2019.

This letter is in lieu of my knowledge that your office may need an additional employee for your
proceeds. I would like to express my intention to apply as ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER 1 in
the PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL in this province of Surigao del Norte.

I have worked as a Monitoring Services Officer for the Provincial Governor’s Office in Surigao
del Sur from April to December of 2021. I also worked as an instructor for college and
highschool at STC Tandag for 2 years, while working as an Assistant Community Extension
Services Officer. Before I became a License Professional Teacher I am former member of the
Armed Forces of the Philippines. I graduated TOP 3 in the class of 119 candidate soldier. With
these experiences I am very confident with my capability to perform in a job, satisfactorily both
in communication and administration.

I know that your office needs a person who can perform in accordance with its values and
mandate. With that, I am very interested to be part of the selection process, with a hope to
become a member of your work family.
