“There are mountains of garbage lying around on streets. Sadly, this is a common sight
in many cities; People sometimes become used to being surrounded by unsanitary
environment and feel that there isn’t much that can be done by them.
‘As aresponse, a small team of 25 people started their cleaning activities in the premises
of various schools in Triplicanc, Chennai. This initiative expanded to cleaning the
