2..Cooking is a popular hobby that helps people to unwind and de-stress.
I am
passionate about cooking as it allows me to experiment with new ingredients and
recipes, and improve my skills. It's both relaxing and challenging, helping me to
forget my worries and to develop my creativity.
I spend at least one day a week trying a new recipe or a new cuisine, and this helps
me to explore different flavors and cuisines. Additionally, I find joy in reading
cookbooks and cooking blogs, and I often challenge myself to create dishes inspired
by my favorite TV shows and movies.
Through cooking, I have learned different techniques, cuisines, and how to use
different equipment. Furthermore, I enjoy entertaining and cooking provides me with
the perfect opportunity to showcase my skills and challenge myself. The
conversations that arise around meals are usually enlightening and add to the total
experience.
To sum up, cooking is an integral part of my life, and it's both relaxing and
challenging. It allows me to explore my creativity, learn new skills, and try out diverse
cuisines. Cooking is a rewarding hobby that anyone can enjoy because it's an
excellent way to improve your mental well-being and bring people together.
[Link] it comes to my eating habits, I have to say they are unhealthy honestly. Due
to my early morning classes, I barely have breakfast on time. Actually, I always skip
that meal and only have lunch after classes. I also do a part-time job in the evening
so my dinner time is always very late, about 10 or 11 p.m. My diet is even worse on
the weekends because I always sleep in. Moreover, I am a fan of eating out,
especially fried chicken and hamburgers. My dream is to try every restaurant that
serves this dish in Vietnam so I always have it at least once a week. It is not only
greasy and contains a lot of fat but always lacks vegetables and freshness. I have
tried to wake up earlier to have time for breakfast and cook healthy food at home but
it could not last long. There is just no way that I can have three sufficient meals per
day. Of course, I have faced stomach pain as a consequence so I know that I have to
organize my time wisely to avoid any further health problems
1.I am currently a college student, specifically a sophomore so my daily life mostly
surrounds schoolwork.
In the morning, I usually wake up around 8am, and the first thing I often do in the
morning is to revise my homework before school time. After a few hours of studying,
I often go outside to have some fresh air and might hit the gym if I feel like it. Some
exercises like that actually chill out my mind and it works best for me to release
stress. After some exercises, I go back home and make myself some food for
lunchtime before going to school until 5pm. During school break, I usually have some
chit-chat with my friends to recharge my batteries after a long hours of study.
After that, I come home and make myself some food and relax with some books for
the rest of the day. I would say my daily routine isn’t that interesting but it is a routine
that I have been following for years since my first year in college.
Speaking of my daily routine, I would say I prefer the night over other times in the day
because you know, I do not like the stressful and nerve-racking hours of schoolwork,
nor the time during the morning while I have to stay awake to revise my homework.
Nighttime is the best time for me, because after a long day of me being up to my
ears in schoolwork, it’s good to sit back and relax while doing my hobbies.
