This Employment Agreement has been made and entered into on Friday, March 15 2024

(hereinafter, ‘Effective Date’) by and between ‘BDesigns Nepal’ a company incorporated under
the laws of Nepal situated in Kuleshwor, Kathmandu (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’)
and Roshan Pandey, resident of Ward no…………………………..

………………………………….(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Employee’).

Each of the Company and Employee binds themselves to the following terms and conditions of
employment:

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


2.1 Basic employment terms:

Job title: Content Creator – Social Media Executive


Department: Social Media
Monthly Salary (Net): NRS. 15,000
Duration of the Job Contract: 12 Months

2.2 Working hours and working days


The standard office time defined by the Company is 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from Sunday till
Friday. The Employee is expected to visit atleast 2 days a week to complete the assigned tasks in
the given working hours and shall be expected to work extended hours in case of incomplete task
or urgent requirements. Employee is expected to be available on the phone and email after office
hours on the event of requirement.
On the event beyond Company’s control like that of Lockdown and other Government directive,
the Employee shall be allowed to work from home. Employee shall perform all the duties as per
work from home schedule and report on daily basis.

2.3 Annual leave, sick leave and public holidays

a. Annual leave of 10 days will be provided to the Employee along with Sick leave
of 2 days and Casual leave of 1 day. Accumulated leaves not utilized by the
Employee shall be carried forward to the next month and will be compensated
accordingly in the last month of each year.
b. In case of additional Sick leaves and Casual leaves, per day salary will be
deducted in the monthly pay accordingly.
c. In addition, the Employee shall receive public holidays as per the annual holiday
list declared by the Company beforehand.

2.4 Probation Period


The Company holds the right to assess the performance of every new employee during the
probation period of first 3 months. If the performance of any new Employee is not found
satisfactory, the Company can terminate the employment of the respective Employee by giving 2
week advance notice.
2.5 Confidentiality:
While performing the job functions, the Employee may be aware of Company’s confidential
information which includes, but not limited to:
a. Company’s correspondence, processes, systems, business plans, accounts, strategy, designs,
know-how, software codes/passwords
b. All the financial, administrative, operational and HR statements
c. Customer-centric data and any other information not generally known to the public

Employee must hold Company’s confidential information in strict confidence and will not
disclose such information for anyone’s benefit during and even after the end of the employment
with the Company.

2.6 Ownership
The Company shall have total ownership on all the designs, codes, programs, files, services and
documents developed by the Employee during the tenure of this employment.

2.7 Material/Information Handover:


Employee shall handover all the media, designs, materials, identity cards, drives documents,
records (originals and copies), or any other materials containing Company’s information to the
authorized representative of the Company on the event of employment termination for whatever
reason.

2.8 Responsibilities and Discipline:


Employee adheres to perform his/her duties in accordance to the guidelines and Job
description(enclosed herewith) defined by the Company and shall not engage in any action that
can harm the working culture and the image of the Company. The Company can assign function
to the Employee as per the business need.

2.9 Dual employment and No Compete:


Employee is restricted to engage or work for any other Employer/Company during the tenure of
his/her job and shall devote all of his/her working time for the service of the Company.
Further, Employee agrees that he/she will not join, engage, establish or accept employment of
any firms with similar business nature till a period of ………………. from the date of
termination of the employment tenure. If dual employment or employment with Organizations
having similar business is found, it shall serve as a ground for termination.

2.8 Termination:
This Agreement shall automatically terminate at the end of the employment tenure indicated in
clause 2.1.

2.10 Dispute Resolution:


Any form of dispute arising between the Parties during the Employment tenure shall be reported
officially to authorized person of the company and shall be settled according to Company’s
rules..

The employee is expected to perform duties per company guidelines and job descriptions and avoid actions that harm the company’s image. The company may assign additional functions based on business needs, reinforcing a strict code of discipline .
