3. SYSTEM DESCRIPTION:
3.1 COMPANY INTRODUCTIONS
Omran Al Raeesi Interior Decoration LLC is a well-recognized establishment
for Interior Fit-out projects providing Turnkey solutions from Design to
Execution.
We started operating in the year of 2015, as a professionally managed
organization we carry out interior design, Fit-out, joinery, and project
management. We have a qualified and well-experienced team to ensure the
successful completion of our projects.
Omran Al Raeesi Interior Decoration LLC facilitates Turnkey Fit-out
execution including all relevant approvals for any interior projects. We have a
well-equipped joinery workshop extending over 25,000 sqft and can provide
high-end finishes for any customized design.

from design to execution for corporate and individual requirements. Our
highly skilled workforce can handle quality work, ensuring timely
completion.

manufacture a variety of furniture ranging from FF&E, Doors- fire-rated and
non-fire-rated, and wall and ceiling paneling.

The installation of wooden items starts with the receipt of the goods and the for care
and protection. Key points:
Method of Supply and Installation of joinery items.
1. Check on delivery – all, ok? Correct quantity and all, expected, parts
included?
2. Remove coverings – if the wood is covered with plastic sheeting and this is
left on, it will sweat and the wood will ruin.
3. Storage – consider exposure to the elements and moisture.
Fitting and installing wood products
Omran Al Raeesi Interior Decoration LLC employs a professional carpenter or
joiner to install any timber products. The method of installation will be as per
the design and installation manual given by the production division. All the
work will be done by an experienced supervisor or engineer.
5.. Maintenance Manual:
Dust with a Soft Cloth
Wipe Away stain with a soft Damp Cloth as soon as they
occur
Wipe with Dry cloth after cloth after cleaning
Keep away From Collision of Sharp and Pointed tools on steel
part And Marble part
Do not use hot water for cleaning
Moving items from one place to another, keep making supports
on the items.
Don’t use pointed and Sharpen materials on items

We M/S Omran Al Raeesi Interior Decoration L.L.C, hereby issue a
one-year limited Warranty on Joinery Works for the item which we
Supplied and installed as per LPO HT_3426_028 & HT_3426_037 , The
Warranty is Against any manufacturing defects and Workmanship for
the works Mentioned in our contract from the date of completion as
per Work Completion Certificate, For a period of One-year (11-01-2024
10– 01-2025). During This time, we will either Repair or Replace any
Damaged item with no cost implications.
The Warranty does not cover any damages caused by others or the
general public and any mishandling or misuse of consumables,
Normal wear and tear of the product.
