1. Reading aloud
Read the following paragraph below to your teacher.
There are many reasons why physical exercise is important for our health. Along with good sleep and
healthy ea ng habits, keeping fit can be a fun exercise. First, physical exercise is good because it is good
for our heart. We are less likely to get lifestyle diseases when we exercise. Going to the gym, swimming
and cycling are great ways of keeping obesity, type 2 diabetes and certain forms of cancer away from our
lives.
Physical exercise improves our concentra on in class and in our day to day chores and ac vi es. We
become a li le more produc ve and are able to do and complete a lot of things at the same me,
making us feel be er about ourselves and our work.
It is from physical ac vi es that we develop interest in sports. Cycling leads us into the world of cycling
which is a worldwide sport, so is swimming. We can build careers from these spor ng ac vi es. So, aside
from keeping healthy, we can grow rich doing it too.
It is also important that while we are ge ng healthy from physical exercise, we should also educate
others on the importance of physical exercise, healthy ea ng habits and good sleep to stay fit and lead a
healthy lifestyle.
