SPECIFICATIONS:
1. FOR SANITARY PIPE LINE, DRAINAGE & VENT PIPE [Link] ATLANTA BRAND PVC PIPE (SERIES 1000).
USE 4” PVC SOIL, DRAINAGE & STACK PIPE LINE, 3” Ø PVC DOWNSPOUT & DRAINAGE PIPE, 2”Ø PVC
DRAINAGE & VENT PIPELINE.

2. FOR WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE. USE MOLDEX BLUE PIPE AS BRAND UPVC PIPE. USE ¾ “Ø UPVC BLUE PIPE
AS MAIN DISTRIBUTION, ½: Ø UPVC PIPE LINE FOR INTERIOR BRANCH.

3. PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL SHUT-OFF VALVE EACG FIXTURE.

4. EXTEND VENT THROUGH ROOF TO AT LEAST A FOOT ROOF LINE.

5. ALL OTHER ASPECTS NOT FOUND ON THE PLAN. THE PROVISIONS AND REQUIREMENTS OF PLUMBING
CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES, NATIONAL BUILDING CODE AND THE RULES ANDREGULATIONS OF LOCAL
WATER SUPPLY SHALL PREVAIL.
6. ALL WORKS SHALL BE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF DUELY REGISTERED MASTER PLUMBER.
