Job Description
As the CHRO, you will be responsible for setting the direction of our people strategy and ensuring its
alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Provide visionary leadership for the HR department, setting strategic goals and objectives
that align with the organization's overall mission and vision.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute HR strategies that drive
employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture.
2. Digitization and HR Analytics:
Drive the digitization of HR processes and systems, leveraging technology to streamline
operations, enhance employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Foster the innovative culture within HR bringing technology solutions that improve efficiency,
effectiveness, and data analytics capabilities.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making, drive continuous improvement, and
ensure HR strategies are aligned with business needs.
3. Stakeholder Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the MD, senior
leaderships.
Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide guidance
on people-related matters to support their success.
4. Transformation and Change Management:
Lead and oversee organizational transformation initiatives, driving change management
strategies that facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, promote diversity and inclusion, and
support cultural transformation.
5. Total Rewards Management:
Provide strategic oversight of the organization's total rewards programs, including
compensation, benefits, and recognition.
Ensure competitive and equitable total rewards offerings that attract, motivate, and retain
top talent.
6. Team Development and Mentoring:
Build and lead a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and professional
development opportunities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the HR department.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Proven track record of success in a strategic HR leadership role, preferably as a CHRO or
equivalent.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and strategic
workforce planning.
Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing organizational transformation and
change initiatives.
Expertise in leveraging HR technology and digitization to drive efficiencies and enhance the
employee experience.
Strong understanding of total rewards management, including compensation, benefits, and
recognition programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at
all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and
recommendations.
Proven ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment in complex and
ambiguous situations.
