About Us:
We, established with the aim to provide quality goods and services to our international and local customers. We
always intended to retrieve any innovative business and ideas from local or international partners.
The company received its operating license on Novemver, 2017. During those years, other partners included.
Our company, ELITE GLOBAL TRADING PTY LTD . was established by Mrs Isabel Adams in [Link]
produce all kinds Feed products, Agricultural products, Agro Chemicals, Fresh fruit at our 80,500 m² beverage
factory (30,000 m² of closed area).
Our products, which has been manufacture in South Africa since 2017, and our variety of products are
manufactured in our 50,000 m2 facility, which has 10,000 m² of closed area.

Knowledge management focuses on the structured development, transfer, dissemination and application of
knowledge within our organization. ELITE GLOBAL TRADING PTY LTD has developed the Knowledge
Management Value Chain model for the management of knowledge in it's organization.

In this model the value of knowledge increases as the knowledge moves from 1 to 5 in the model (to the right).
In the Knowledge Management Value Chain, our organization must organize and manage the various processes
in the Knowledge Management Value Chain in such a way that the efficiency of the production factor
knowledge will be increased as a consequence.

In addition to the traditional production factors such as nature, labour and capital, ELITE GLOBAL TRADING
PTY LTD also distinguishes knowledge as a production factor. By using all of these production factors jointly,
our organization will have a tactical tool to achieve its strategic objectives.

Knowledge Inventory:
Using strategic objectives, our organization determines what specific knowledge is required to achieve these
objectives. A distinction is made between available knowledge and knowledge that needs to be developed.
What (technical) skills are needed and what attitude (culture) should be present in the organization? The needed
knowledge is then compared with the available knowledge so that the ‘knowledge gap’ is made clear.

With this, our General Manager, Sales Consultants and other head of departments gathers information about our
client’s needs (quality, quantity and packaging type) of products requested, and also the knowledge on the top
sales products.

Knowledge development:
The knowledge gap is used to identify what knowledge development is needed in the organization. This could
be done in different ways: from training staff to purchasing knowledge from a third party.

Here, the ELITE GLOBAL TRADING’s management teaches new employees and staffs more on what is
trending in the business field. Top staffs of the organization are sponsored by our organization to attend
business seminars as well.

Knowledge sharing:
After knowledge has been developed, it needs to be shared within the organization so that everyone can benefit
from this and that a superb knowledge value is created. The most ideal situation would be one in which
knowledge becomes an integral part of an organization’s strategy and culture.

Applying knowledge:
By applying knowledge, it will be integrated in our organization. A mere implementation of knowledge does
not suffice. People should familiarize themselves with the available information, experiences and skills. Only
