 Keep the edge clear.
 Ensure condition of the PPEs (Shoes,
helmet) is proper before start the job.
 Provide planks on formwork for walking.
 Plywoods and other materials should be
unloaded on the safe accessible place.
 Workers supplying the plywoods should
not go to the edge other wise they should
use safety harness.
 Train all the concern person about the
hazards related to formwork.
 Ensure proper edge protection -
immediately after placing the plywood.
(Hand rail, mid rail and toe guards)
 Avoid using loose clothes.
