Wage structure:
• Salary is paid based on employee performance, experience and travelling
allowances of Rs 3/- per km is paid to marketing employees.
• Bonus is paid every year to all the employees at the time of Dussehra
Festival.

• There are certain facilities provided by the company to their employees

Startup India-

Startup India is an initiative launched by the Government of India in 2016 to promote and support
entrepreneurship in the country. The program provides a range of resources, including funding,
incubation, mentorship, and training, to help startups get off the ground and grow. It aims to create an
ecosystem that fosters innovation and job creation, particularly among the youth. The program offers tax

Standup India

Stand-up India is a government-backed initiative launched in 2016 to promote entrepreneurship among


women and minorities. It provides financial support and training to help these groups set up their own
businesses. The program offers up to INR 10 lakh in collateral-free funds to first-time entrepreneurs who
are looking to start a business in sectors such as manufacturing, services, and retail. The scheme also
provides training and mentoring services to help the entrepreneurs succeed in their ventures.

 Organization is planning to launch services related to soil testing and satellite based
services through uberization model.

Future Projections:
• Future Projections of Company is to earn revenue of about 8 Crores in 2025
Expansion:
• In future, Company wants to enter into soil testing services,satellite based services and
pooling custom hiring centers to provide services related to farm machinery.
Product Diversification:
• There are more than than 370 products the company is offering.
New Products:
 Chemical pesticide –Biophyton ,currently its under testing,waiting for approval of the
product.

point, Address of company, processing plant, office) with time period of 5yrs which
should be renewed accordingly.

farmers.

of the farmers.

insights into the impactful activities undertaken by leading corporations.
 Crafted a compelling dossier highlighting the innovative CSR endeavors of agricultural-
focused companies, showcasing their commitment to sustainable practices and
community development, and distributed this insightful document to key stakeholders.
 Leveraged effective communication skills to initiate meaningful dialogue with corporate
entities, reaching out via professional and persuasive emails to facilitate engagement on
their CSR strategies in the realm of agriculture.
 Successfully established a platform for collaborative discussions on enhancing and
expanding socially responsible initiatives within the agricultural landscape.
 Pioneered a strategic market reconnaissance during my tenure as a Business
Development Intern, meticulously pinpointing custom hiring centers across Telangana,
