E. Presentation The sunglasses are used to protect our eyes
from the light while the hat, cap, umbrella and
sunblock are used to protect ourselves from
excessive heat. The last one is the earmuff is
used to protect our ears from excessive noise.

We all know that sun is the main source of


light and heat. Heat is considered as useful and
harmful to human, plants and animals. To
much exposure to light and heat of the sun
may cause harm.

So here are the Ways to protect ourselves from


excessive heat, and light * Umbrella, Hat, and
(please read) Sunglasses which are
means to protect us
from excessive heat
of the sun.
• Looking directly to
the sun is not advised,
it will affect our eyes.
• Lotion or suns block
are best suggested
when we go on
swimming and other
outdoor activities.
• Wear soft long
sleeves to help
protect us from the

• Drink plenty of
water to prevent from
dehydration.
• Provide your pets
and other animals
with plenty of

Some sounds can distract us and break our
concentration.

To protect ourselves from loud sound, we can


do the following:

• Avoid having too much noise in a room.


• Use soft materials to cover hard surfaces.
• You may hang soft curtains on the walls and
the glass windows to absorb the loud noise
coming from the outside.
• Lower down the volume of the radio, TV,
you may ask responsible adult to do the work.
• Use earmuff as protector when doing the
activity or to prevent hearing loud noise, to
prevent hearing loss

going to invent two gadgets that will protect
one from the excessive heat of the sun and
