I.Project Title:
“Padayon nga kalimpyohan Program”
II. Project proponents:
This project is Composed by Grade 11 HUMSS Students in Igot National High
School from Barangay San Rafael Villareal Samar
III. Rationale:
In line to ensure maintain cleanliness in Igot National High School, The Grade 11
HUMSS Students from Barangay San Rafael have come up with “Padayon nga
kalinpyohan Program” to help the school for maintain cleanliness.
IV. Project Objectives:
• To Maintain cleanliness
• To prevent Environmental Pollution
• To promote good health and hygiene among Students
• To create a safety environment for Students
• To help instill discipline and responsibility among Students
V. Project Description:
“Padayon nga kalinpyohan program” is a comprehensive initiative aimed at
promoting cleanliness, hygiene, and a healthy environment among Students, it’s
Teachers, staffs, and the School Community. It involves arrange of activities and
practices that foster cleanliness habits, instill discipline, and create positive learning
environment.
VI. Project duration:
• this program will be conducted in Igot National High School
• this will be conducted every Friday
VII. Target Beneficiaries:
This program is desired to all Grade levels in Igot National High School.
VIII. Proposed budget:

₱ 10 garbage bags (54 PCs. ₱540

IX. Monitoring and evaluation:
This project will be well manage by G11 HUMSS Students of Igot National
Students from San Rafael Villareal Samar. Classrooms, canteen, and plaza will be inspected and
observed by the teachers and our team.
