EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This study examines the impact of ERP implementation on organizational
performance, drawing from extensive literature reviews . It uncovers a positive
correlation between ERP adoption and improved operational efficiency,
financial outcomes, and customer satisfaction metrics. Despite benefits,
challenges like high implementation costs, resistance, and integration
complexities persist. Effective change management strategies and goal
alignment are crucial for maximizing ERP benefits. Recommendations include
investing in employee training, fostering innovation, and leveraging emerging
technologies. Businesses can enhance decision-making capabilities and
streamline processes through ERP systems. This study provides insights for
organizations navigating ERP implementation, emphasizing the importance of
strategic planning and adaptation.
