SANKUL” [Link]. [Link]. You are requested to accept my/our


resignation letter. I/we have no objection for inducting MR. YOGESH
SHREERAM GADGIL & MRS. SURABHI YOGESH GADGIL (Purchasers). in my/our

place.

premises” ) from MR. M. JAYASANKAR S/O SANKARAN NAIR & MRS. RANI
JAYASHANKAR ALIAS RANI JAYASANKAR (Seller), the original lessee for the
purpose of Residential Use.

2. We/I, say that we/I have applied to ……………………….Bank ……………………


Branch for the sanction of a loan of Rs…………………………../- (Rupees

3. We/I say that the said premises is not mortgaged with any Financial Institution/
Bank/Employer./ Company either with or without the permission of the

4. We/I further confirm that the Transferor (i.e present Seller) has not borrowed
Loan from any Financial Institution/ Bank/Employer./ Company.

5. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, We/I say that if any claim arises
from the mortgage or any Financial Institution or from anybody else against the
said premises, then We/I shall indemnify or keep indemnified the Corporation.

6. This AFFIDAVIT CUM undertaking is submitted before the CIDCO Authorities to


obtain the NOC to Mortgage for the Flat No. C-104, On 1st Floor, In The
