DEPOSIT THE HARD COPY OF RELEVANT DOCUMENTS AS
MENTIONED BELOW ALONGWITH PRINT OUT OF ONLINE
ADMISSION FORM AT RECEPTION COUNTER OF VISITORS ROOM
OF SENIOR WINGS APS JALANDHAR CANTT :-
1. BIRTH CERT FOR CLASS–I (ENGLISH MEIN TRANSLATE
KIYA HUA). AGAR BIRTH CERTIFICATE DUSRI BHASHA MEIN HAI
TO KRIPYA ENGLISH MEIN TRANSLATES KARVA KAR LAYEIN.
(For class-Ist only)
2. PHOTOCOPY OF DO PART II ORDER DULY ATTESTED BY
THE CO/ OC OR ANY COMMISSIONED OFFICER OF THE UNIT.
(For Class – Ist only)
3. TRANSFER CERT (IN ORIGINAL)/ IF THE TC IS OTHER THAN
ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL, THEN
TC DULY ATTESTED BY DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICER (DEO)
4. COPY OF LAST CLASS REPORT CARD.
5. COPY OF AADHAR CARD.
6. COPY OF POSTING/MOVEMENT ORDER.
7. SERVING CERTIFICATE WITH PRESENT RESIDENTIAL
ADDRESS.
8. QUARTER ALLOTMENT LETTER/ PERMISSION FOR OUT
LIVING SIGNED BY CO/OC.
9. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.

ADMISSION FORMS FOR CL-I
(ONE) HAVING LESS THAN 6+ YEARS
OF AGE AS 31 MAR 24 WILL NOT BE
ACCEPTED.
IT IS CLARIFIED THAT THOSE
BORN ON 01 APR SHALL BE
CONSIDERED TO HAVE COMPLETED
THE AGE ON 31 MAR OF THE SAME
YEAR.

3. Select Area and Zone – Jalandhar

6. Click submit.
7. Take print of one copy of Admission Form for submission at
school’s Admission Counter along with following documents :-
(a) Original TC duly signed by Principal of previous school.
(b) Report Card of previous class/term
(c) Aadhar Card of student
(d) Serving Certificate with Photo
(e) Medical Certificate
(f) Mov Order / Posting Order
(g) Quarter Allotment letter
Important : Please provide the following at the time of
submission of admission form.
UDISE- Unified District Information System for Education of the previous
school
PEN – Personal Education Number of Student

Magistrate authorized/ NOTARY of the court in Photocopy)
case of change of subject (s) which is/are not
held at APS, Jalandhar with the Code No of the
both subject(s).
*(In case of change of subject which is not held in APS, Jalandhar/
held in lieu of the same subject, then Demand Draft should be for
Rs 2000/- ie. Rs. 1000/- as CBSE Centre Tfr FEE for that is. change
zone from previous Regional Office/zone to Regional Office/zone
Jalandhar. + Rs. 1000/- per subject for change of subject(s).
