The Launching of a Modular Laptop
The purpose of the kick-off meeting is to officially announce the beginning of a new project
that is the “launching of a modular laptop”. Additionally, it's a chance to present each team
that is collaborating on the project. This checklist outlines all the actions and results that must
be completed prior to, throughout, and after the project kick-off meeting.
Pre-meeting Checklist:
Develop a list of attendees.
Arrange and book conference room or auditorium for meeting and also request the IT
team to create a link for people that are not able to attend the meeting.
Send invitations one week prior to meeting.
