About the Organisation:
• Think India" is an independent youth-led organization focused on fostering critical
thinking, national development, and innovation among students. Students from IISc,
IIMB, NIMHANS, NIFT, and NLSIU joined together to create a joint forum for the
students from premier institutes of India in 2006.
• Think India operates with a nation first approach in IITs, NLUs, IIMs & NITs and
aims to provide a platform for students to engage in discussions and activities related to
various issues affecting the nation. We aim to create an ecosystem for the youth
organizations and individuals who are working in the national interest.
• Think India Chapter NLUO has been engaged in the furtherance of the same aim
by providing the students the opportunity to interact with prominent legal personalities
which include Supreme Court Judges, High Court Judges & Senior Advocates.
• We also conduct various competitions such as National Workshops, National
Research Assistantships, MUNs, and Article Writing Competitions for all spectrums of
students.
About the Online Seminar:
Think India Chapter NLUO is thrilled to invite you to a thought-provoking seminar on the “Role
of Forensic Science Evidence in Criminal proceedings”. Distinguished speaker, Mr. Keshav
Kumar, IPS (Retd.) expert in this field, will share his invaluable insights, making this seminar
an enlightening experience that fosters meaningful discussions.
Duration:
The Seminar will be held on the 23rd of January 2024, starting at 3 p.m. and extending onwards.
Speaker:
Mr. Keshav Kumar had been in active police service for 35 years and has specialized in the
application of forensic science in criminal proceedings. He has also served as a consultant in the
Home Department for the Government of Assam and is an expert in the fields of anti-corruption,
corporate governance and wildlife crime investigation.
