This is to certify that Ms. Precious R. Ordoña, third year college


enrolled in Mindoro State University Main Campus taking Bachelor in
Secondary Education major in Mathematics, is currently a beneficiary of
Victoria Scholarship Program for College receiving an allowance of One-
Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php.1,700) every month covering each
semester. She has to maintain a grade requirement of 2.50 for all the
subjects of her course in order to continue scholarship and avail of the
same benefit on the preceding semester.

This certification is issued on 20th day of February 2024 at Poblacion
