B. RATIONALE

Due to novel Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) Pandemic, most of us faced different kind of stress
and hardships. Therefore, Team Building for MSWDO Staff and Day Care Workers is being proposed as
stress debriefing and enhance social relations between the participants.

Team building increase employees’ productivity as well as enhances their motivation. It also
encourages collaboration while also fostering trust and respect among employees. This kind of activity
assists people in learning how to collaborate effectively and get along well with one another.
Communication, planning, problem-solving, and conflict resolution are some of the skills that are
developed. Empathy and compassion are developed. People can make genuine connections with the help
of this activity.

In order to encourage employees to interact with one another in a non-work-related environment,


team-building exercises should be held outside of the office. These exercises should also provide a reason
for employees to collaborate in order to solve a problem, make them feel valued and concurrently
improved in their relationship.

C. OBJECTIVES

General Objective

By the end of the activity, interrelation between the participants will be strengthen. Trust within
the organization will improved.
Specific Objective

Encourage male and female

D. FUNDING REQUIREMENTS

E. RECOMMENDATION

The total cost of the activity is ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 177,000.00)
and the amount of NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 90,000.00) will be the counterpart of the participants.

The undersigned strongly recommends the approval of the above sited activity with the total
amount of EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 87,000.00) chargeable against GAD ECCD Funds.
