WILL
This is the Last Will of mine, Rajender Kumar s/o Amir Chand Kumar, R/o M15/43,
First Floor, DLF Phase 2, Gurugram - 122008, a Hindu, made this the 16th day of
February , 2023, voluntarily and while in sound state of mind.
WHEREAS I am now 86 years old and have been keeping indifferent health for a
past few months;
AND WHEREAS I am possessed of considerable movable and immovable
properties more particularly described in the schedule annexed hereto which are my self
acquired properties and which were acquired without any detriment to the ancestral
property or to the family funds and I have the absolute powers of disposal over the
same .
AND WHEREAS I am anxious to make necessary arrangements in respect of the
enjoyment of my properties after my life time so that unnecessary misunderstanding
and consequential wasteful litigation between the members of my family may be
avoided. Therefore, I am executing this last will and testament of mine of my own free
will voluntarily without any compulsion or pressure of any person and with a sound
disposing mind and declare as follows:
1. I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils made by me at any time heretofore.
1. I have One daughter Mrs Shalini Kochhar and One son Rahul Kumar who will
be entitled to succeed to my properties under law in the normal course. But my
daughter is married and she is living separately with her husband. She has been
properly and well provided for during her marriage and also later . She is
therefore not given any share in my properties under this will.
1. I bequeath my ½ share of the property bearing M15/43, First Floor, DLF Phase
2, Gurugram - 122008 held jointly in the names of Mr Rajender kumar and
Mrs Sarla kumar (since deceased) who died intestate on 17 January
2023 ,Described as item No. 1 in the Schedule hereto to my Son Rahul Kumar
absolutely to be held and enjoyed by him with full and absolute powers of
alienation.
2. I also bequeath to my son Mr Rahul Kumar my 1/3 share of the above said
property which has devolved to me after the death of my wife Late Mrs Sarla
kumar who died on 17 January 2023
1. Any assets, movable or immovable, which might be omitted from being
mentioned in this will or which may hereafter be acquired by me shall be taken by
my son aforesaid absolutely.
2. All the jewelllery and ornaments, gold and silver, will belong to my Son absolutely
and my daughter aforesaid will have no right to the same .
1. I hereby appoint my Son Rahul Kumar as the sole beneficiary of the monies of
my bank accounts, details of which are mentioned in the schedule attached
hereto.
1. I hereby appoint Pradeep Ponnaian, Advocate as the sole executor under this
will.
SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY
1. One half share of Flat No M15/43, First Floor, DLF Phase 2, Gurugram –
122008, Measuring 1846.56 Sq Ft. registered in joint names of Mr Rajender
Kumar and Late Mrs Sarla kumar since deceased.
2. 1/3 share of the flat No M 15/43, /First floor, DLF phase 2,Gurgaon
devolving from the share of Mrs Sarla kumar (since deceased) w/o
Rajender kumar
3. Savings Account – 20024376477, Bank of Maharashtra, Mukherjee Nagar, New
Delhi
4. Savings Account – 02471370000179 Hdfc bank , mukherjee nagar
5. LOCKER No – 1044 Punjab National Bank, Delhi.
