Guilt – Edged (Govt.) Securities Market-An Overview; Commercial Banks –
Role in Industrial Finance and Working Capital Finance.
Concept; Structure and Functions of Capital Market; Primary Market – Concept,
Instruments of Issue and Methods of Floatation; Secondary Market – Concept,
Market Players, Trading System and Settlement.
Company Law Regulations – Share Capital and Issue of Shares, Prospectus
