The implementation of the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP), an inclusive program
anchored on Executive Order No. 70, S. 2018 has provided a setting to identify priority
projects/programs in addressing the existing issues and development gaps at the barangay level.
In this regard, the following proposed priority projects identified and included in the enhanced
Barangay Development Plans (eBDPs) of the no. of projects 2023 RCSP Barangays in
MUNICIPALITY are hereby endorsed for funding under the Local Government Support Fund –
Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) of the National Task Force to End Local
Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC):
