Pad weld deeply pitted areas on the tank floor plates and shell walls if any identified by NDT Inspections
Weld doubler plates onto the top face of the floor areas identified of significant thinning. Doubler plate to be
300 x 300 x 6mm thick, unless specified by the NDT Inspection Report
Scrape clean & recoat body of the tank valves which have been subjected to environmental conditions
resulting in surface coating breakdown over the years
Scrape clean & recoat existing corroded stairway treads and handrail sections leading up to the tank roof
Repairing of Internal Pipeworks – DN80/DN100 & DN40/DN50 Pipe x XX meters long each or Replace if
worn
Repairing of Dip Plate and its Fittings or Replace if worn
Sand Blasting & Painting of Tank internal floor plates XX diameter including first strake wall 1.5 meters high.
Sandblasting & Painting of Internal Shell Nozzle (Inlet deflector) – Spool Piece
Work with Puma Terminal Staff to box up tank. Ensure tank is fully mech. Commissioned_Fit-up internal
pipeworks (product & water drain line), dip plate, side bott manhole covers x2, shell nozzles & valves, all roof
Write new dates for tank cleaning & NDT/Calibration tank shell (bott manhole). Also mark new reference
hatches, blank nozzle covers & vents
height & safe fill height on tank shell beside sight gauge & top of tank next to dip hatch. PE to provide all infor as
required for sign writing.
