Daytime Cleaning Specifications (Monday-Friday)
A. Daily
1. Inspect and reset all toilets at a one (1) hour interval.
2. Empty trash cans and trash containers when necessary.
3. Cleaning and disinfection of bathroom floors and sinks.
4. Cleaning cafeteria and food court tables after lunch hours.
5. Periodically remove hand prints from glass doors in upper
and lower lobbies and the dining room.
Night Cleaning Specifications (Monday-Friday)
B. Daily
1. Sweeping, dry mopping, disinfecting or vacuuming all floor or
carpet areas and removing material, such as rubber, that has
stuck to the floor.
2. Emptying trash cans. Periodic cleaning of trash cans as well as
daily change of liners. Trash generated from normal office
routines will be emptied into designated trash receptacles.
Garbage disposal will be carried out under the responsibility
of EMOV.

4. Dust removal on all horizontal surfaces, including furniture

1. The Best Company. Ltda., will supply all labor, implements and cleaning

2. The Best Company. Ltda., will be responsible for the payment of all
payroll, taxes and social insurance.
3. The contract administrator may request the change of any employee

4. The contractor agrees to allocate adequate and safe space for the

provide access to water and electricity.
5. Cleaning staff may not alter papers on the desk, open drawers or

duty.
6. Cleaning staff will be required to report conditions such as dripping

7. Cleaning staff must be uniformed and carry identification cards at all
