CONTRACT
TOGETHER
ON THE ONE PART, THE RECORDS PORTAL with address at Av. Santos Villa 885
Ascensió n – Huancavelica, represented by Kenyou N. Pedroza Ramos of legal age,
Peruvian residing in the same area of the study.
AND ON THE OTHER PART _______________________________________________________ of
legal age, Peruvian and domiciled in ______________________________________________, who
acts in this act in his own name and right, this party designated from this moment
as CLIENT.
Both parties mutually recognize full legal capacity to contract and be bound, and
particularly the legal capacity necessary to enter into this Act for all purposes, and,
by virtue of this, freely and spontaneously.
EXPOSE
I.- THE RECORDS PORTAL that is professionally dedicated to artistic production
and musical recording.
II.- CLIENT who is interested in contracting the artistic production and musical
recording services of the COMPANY under the conditions detailed below.
III.- In accordance with the above, both parties agree to sign this musical recording
and artistic production contract, committing to subject their obligatory
relationships based on the following:
CLAUSES
FIRST.- The object of this contract is the artistic production, recording, mixing and
mastering of a total of 01 song, delivered in digital form to the CLIENT.
It is for this reason that the CLIENT hires the professional services of the
COMPANY in the terms defined in the following clauses.
SECOND .- This contract will be valid from the date of signing until the date on
which the master is delivered.
THIRD.- The remuneration to be received by the CUSTOMER COMPANY will be S/.
300, three hundred new soles.
FOURTH.- The amount stipulated in the THIRD clause of this contract will be paid
to El PORTAL RECORDS as follows: 50% on the day set as the start day of the
musical recording in the studio, and the remaining 50% on the day of delivery of
the master, for which EL PORTAL RECORDS urges compliance with a recording
schedule established by mutual agreement, under responsibility.

FIFTH.- The CLIENT undertakes to provide EL PORTAL RECORDS with support
with the songs recorded on guitar or piano and voice, and with the lyrics of each of
them, in advance of the date set as the start day of the musical recording. , to be

The author and/or performer of the songs, if not the CLIENT, must contact EL
PORTAL RECORDS to attend the recording process when required, always within
the schedules and planning prepared by the studio. recording.
The CLIENT declares that he or she has the necessary permissions from the
author(s) of the themes to be able to carry out the purpose of this contract.
The CUSTOMER undertakes to provide EL PORTAL RECORDS with the musical
references to be taken into account by the technical team regarding the concept
that is desired to be applied to the sound of the album, both in the production
process and in its mixing.
The CLIENT undertakes to include in the information booklet that accompanies the
medium that is manufactured (CD, DVD or any phonogram known or to be known)
the credits of the recording that will be delivered by THE RECORDS PORTAL,
where the data of the recording studio appears. , producer/s, arranger/s,
technicians, musicians and other collaborators on the album.
SEVENTH.- RIGHTS
-In case of REQUIRING the PRODUCTION and/or ARRANGEMENT service, an
additional sum must be paid according to the magnitude of the work required by
the CLIENT
EIGHTH.- Any difficulty, conflict or obstacle that may arise in the interpretation or
compliance with the clauses of this contract will be resolved between the
contracting parties.
