DEED OF ADOPTION
THIS DEED OF ADOPTION executed at Bangalore on this the fifteenth day of January 2024

2. 1. Mrs. Shivamma, w/o of Mr. Shivaiah, aged about 34 years (ID NO: XR455) (Mobile no:
9999111191)
both residing at A block Serenity Shores Hebbal, Karnataka, 560109 hereinafter referred to as the
PARTIES OF THE FIRST PART
AND
1. 1. Mr. Ramachandra, son of Mr. Umesh Chandra, aged about 40 years, (ID NO:XRX456 ) (Mobile
no: 9999222292)
2. 1. Mrs. Ramakka, w/o of Mr. Ramachandra, aged about 38 years (ID NO: XRX457) (Mobile no:
9999333393)
both residing at 4th block Lotus Apartment, Mysore, Karnataka, 570900 hereinafter referred to as
the PARTIES OF THE SECOND PART.
WHEREAS the Parties of the First Part were married on Tenth day of March 2014 and have no
children of their own since fourteen years of marriage.
WHEREAS as per medical reports the Parties of the First Part have no hope of begetting any child of
their own.
WHEREAS the Parties of the First Part were desirous of having a child of their own who would
perpetuate the family name and safeguard the family assets and maintenance of the same.
WHEREAS the Parties of the Second Part have two sons and no daughter all unmarried aged about 11
and 9 years, respectively.
WHEREAS in pursuance of their above said desire, the Parties of the First Part had approached the
Parties of the Second Part so as to adopt the youngest son, Rohan Reddy, minor, Hindu, aged about 9
years (Date of Birth being 02.01.2015), hereinafter called "The adopted Child", to which the Parties
of the Second Part had also agreed.
WHEREAS the Parties of the First Part, as husband and wife took the said Child, Rohan Reddy in
adoption as their son on the fifteenth day of January 2024 and the Parties of the Second Part, as
husband and wife, gave the said Child, in adoption to the Parties of the First Part.
Both the parties are desirous of recording and registering the said Adoption to safeguard and protect
the interests and rights of the said Child regarding her Succession and to the personal laws applicable
to the Hindus.
NOW THIS DEED OF ADOPTION WITNESSETH:
1. That in pursuance of the above said Act of Adoption, the Parties of the Second Part, as husband
and wife, gave their one son, namely Rohan Reddy in adoption to the Parties of the First Part and the
Parties of the First Part, as husband and wife, have taken the said Child, namely Rohan Reddy in
adoption as their son on fifteenth day of January 2024, as per the religious rites and customs.
2. Both the Parties do hereby declare and confirm that the Parties of the First Part have duly adopted
the said Child as their son.
3. The said Child has and shall have all the legal rights of a son in the family of the Parties of the First
Part from the date of adoption, that is, 15.01.2024.
4. That from the date of adoption, that is, 15.01.2024, the said Child, has relinquished all her rights
and claims against her natural parents, i.e., the Parties of the Second Part.
5. The Parties of the First Part shall be responsible for the maintenance and education of the said
Child, and they agree to bring up the said Child as their son according to their status in life.
6. The Parties of the Second Part shall have no claim and responsibility hereinafter as the custody of
or any other right against the said Child.
7. Both the parties hereby confirm that the adoption of the said Child, Rohan Reddy done by them is
in accordance with the Provisions of Section 5 and 6 of Chapter II of The Hindu Adoptions and
Maintenance Act, 1956 and that the said adoption is valid and complete in all respects.
8. Both the parties hereby confirm that the adoption of the said Child, Rohan Reddy is irrevocable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Parties of the First Part and the Parties of the Second Part hereto have
signed this Deed of Adoption on the fifteenth day of January, 2024.
