3. Use your credible sources as references in your review.
4. Check your spelling, grammar, and punctuation as you work.

Health issue 1: Weight management

Choice: Being Physically active, limit sugary drinks, adopting healthy habits
Summary of choice:
Physical activity is an efficient method of weight management, physical activity is able to help energy balance
or even lose weight which can lower the chances of obesity. According to Harvard, limiting sugary drinks and adopting
healthy habits can also be good solutions, with limiting sugary drinks decreasing the prevalence of obesity while adopting
healthy habits can provide multiple benefits like better health or increase in energy.

Health issue 2: Acne

Choice: Washing face, avoid touching, squeezing, or popping acne, and eating a healthy diet.
Summary of choice:
All choices are not challenging to do, such as washing the face of any oils or dirt which can prevent any acne from spreading or
arising. Avoiding touch of the acne can also be very beneficial, since it is better than getting a scar or damaging the face if actually
interacting with it. A healthy diet has also been proven to be helpful since eating healthy can lower blood sugar spikes, these spikes
can cause more oil to be produced on the skin which increases acne spread, and lowering them can lower the amount of acne
spreading.
