Aptitude

What is aptitude test?


An aptitude test is a way for employers to assess a candidate’s abilities through a
variety of different testing formats.
Aptitude test will test your ability to perform tasks and react to situations at work.
It is a systematic means of testing a job candidate’s abilities to perform a specific
tasks and react to a range of different situations.

1. Logical Reasoning test:

Logical reasoning tests evaluate an individual on their ability to draw sensible


conclusions from the information and statements at hand. It assesses
students on their logic inference irrespective of the standard they're studying
in. Logical thinking is critical in navigating through daily lives seamlessly.

2. Numerical Reasoning test:

This test analyses a person's aptitude for numbers. It is designed in such a


fashion that an individual's ability to make correct decisions on numerical or
statistical data, like graphs, equations, and fractions, is assessed thoroughly.

3. Verbal Reasoning test:

Verbal reasoning test analyses an individual's ability to write texts and


vocalise clearly, i.e. comprehension and communication skills. The candidate
is asked to read a passage thoroughly, retain all the information and then
answer MCQ-based questions on the same.

Such tests assess an applicant's capability to understand, analyze, and draw


accurate conclusions in live scenarios. As easy as it might sound, a
candidate's complete focus and presence of mind is thoroughly examined
through this activity.

4. Quantitative Reasoning test:

It tests the quantitative skills along with logical and analytical skills.

The concept of reasoning puzzles is based entirely on logical analysis of the
