TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS :-
* The client is expected to choose the required pictures for the album in the
hardisk and revert back in 10-15 working days, so we can start the
post-production work accordingly.
* After we receive the client's chosen photographs, we will immediately start
creating the album and the video making process.(The process will take a
minimum of 30 working days from the day that the chosen photographs are
received.)
* We produce standard formats 12*15 inch album
* The client will receive a preview of the album layout before coloring the
pictures in the layouts, You are required to check the preview and reply to any
necessary modifications within five working days of receiving the preview.
* The preview album Lavout will only be modified once, and please note,further
rectifications will be chargeable
* Clients are open to suggest/select a song(s) for highlights video,
once finalized and editing starts, songs will not be altered.
* Full-length Event video will be of approx 45-60 mins and instrumental music
or songs will be used (otherwise client can select songs)
* Social media promotions cannot be guaranteed, as we are having separate
wing for social media and they are the ones handling the marketing and
promotions.
* Customers must set aside time to choose the images. Unfortunately,
we cannot be held liable for late delivery
* Pictures and recordings will only be used by us for marketing purposes.
* Reservations be confirmed only until the advance money has been
transferred to our corporate account.
* Clients should clearly mention the events details and number of guests
(Approximately) , anything additional will be chargeable.
* A customer should purchase a 1TB hard disk and handover it to us on the
function day.
* Any other alternative possibilities should be informed prior to the function date,
we will make a backup to the hard disk and ensure all the photos and videos
will be returned along with the albums.
(All documents are advanced, we are not dependable about the harm of the
data from our side.)
* Advance is not refundable on cancellation
