My patterns are designed to avoid sewing. Whenever possible,
I avoid them because we can create a beautiful pattern that
can be ruined when it comes to sewing it together. Has that
ever happened to you?
This pattern is entirely no-sew, you don't need to sew
anything. We will only use a round-tipped needle to
embroider the eyes and snout.
And finally, I want you to know that sometimes the same
pattern can look different when made by two different people.
Why does this happen? It's due to the tension we use while
crocheting and the type of stitch we use (it can be in X or V).
I'm telling you this so you keep in mind that maybe the ears or
paws might end up with a stitch difference even if you follow
my pattern exactly.
This is not an error but a difference in tension between us.
Keep checking that these parts are centered and feel free to
move a stitch forward or backward to correct it in time!
Now we are ready to start!

Finally take Color C for the leaves. Make 2.
Start with 9 ch and from the 2nd ch from hook make 1 sc, 1sc, 4 dc,
1 sc and in the last ch, 3 sc in the same stitch, we will now
continue working on the other side of the chains with 1 sc, 4 dc, 1
sc, 1 [Link] and cut the yarn. Leave about 20 cm and use it to sew
both leaves to the capybara. I choose to sew them to the left, but
you can try what looks better to you.
