NOTICE INVITING TENDERS Sealed tenders are hereby invited on 17.11.2011 at 12.00 Noon from the approved Contractors of Pak P.W.D. (E&M), having valid renewal of their enlistment in the relevant fields, authorized dealers / Agents who have valid Registration in Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category for the works:- (1) Additional / Alteration Soft & Hard portion at Income Tax Building (Ground, 1st & 2nd floor) Phase II at FL-17 block 15 Gulistan-e-Johar Karachi (SH-Airconditioning) costing Rs.5160210/-. Tender documents can be received from the office of the undersigned on payment of prescribed tender cost (non-refundable), which will be opened publicly in the office of the under signed at 12:30 P.M.., on the day of opening. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in shape of pay order / demand draft in favor of the undersigned must be accompanied with the tender documents. No tenders will be sold on the day of opening. Other terms & conditions envisaged in form CPWD 6, 7, & 8 will apply mutate mutandis.
