Testing on Staging Site: Branch – Riverside.

1. When I click on my profile, I cannot update any of this information.


a. I as “Tom Tom” am not listed as an employee, where can this information be
updated? (In Progress)
2. Basic Info
a. All Employee numbers have “#” in front of it, please remove those.(Done)
b. When I add an employee for Riverside branch it offers me an employee number
that falls in line with DITS ID #’s and does not differentiate between the 2.
i. I need to reach out to Sam or request clarification on how they would like
this information populated.(Ans:-The badge number is unique for all
systems so the next badge number is populated according to the last
created badge number.)
c. When I click on the text box to add a name it prepopulated #001 in the email and
12345678 in the password. Can you please remove this?(Done)

d. Can you please allow for text input in the Date of birth and/or to select from
Calendar.(Done)
e. As I am filling in the boxes they rearranged and went into different spots. As you
can see the box above before the information was added and then after(In-
progress)

f. Martial status options should be “married” or “single” (Done)


g. I cannot update the agent Type once it is saved, I need to be able to do this as we
do have agents who sometimes get promoted or demoted and change departments.
(Need to discuss)
3. Personal info:
a. Mailing Address - Address should have the following boxes in the following
order: Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip.(Done)
b. Also for mailing address can you add a box that says “same as above” and then
prefill in what was entered above or grey the area out.(Done)
4. Emergency contact: 1
a. Contact relationship can just be a text box, not a drop down.(Done)
b. Please arrange as follows : Name, Phone #, Relationship(Done)
5. IRS I9 Form Details:
a. Can you add the dashes place holder for the SSN/SIN input box(In-progress)
b. Expiration Date for Citizenship should not be required except when entering a
UCIS or A-number(In-progress)
c. When Selecting “no” for citizenship they will not have both a Form I-94 and a
foreign passport # so these fields should not be labeled as required. “*”.(Done)
i. Country update label to Foreign Passport Country of Issuance
d. Ethnicity list should consist of the following options: American Indian or Alaska
Native, Asian, Black or African American, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific
Islander, White.(Done)
6. Permits: (update label to Permits)
a. Drivers license there is a name and description for the file upload, you can
remove those. (This is on all photo uploads in this section)(Done)
b. Guard Card does not need Date issued, just the expiration date.(Done)
7. Work History:
a. The Hire date should be mandatory but the other date request boxes should not be
mandatory. At the time of hire we would not know when the “first day worked” or
the “last day worked” would be.(In-progress)
8. Can you put “References” at the bottom of the side bar list.(done)
Company Settings

 Can you add a “back” button at the top I am relying on clicking on this area instead.(Need to

discuss)
1. Company Details
a. Company Details
i. Address Details: Needs a state selection and zip codes are 5 digits long
not 6(Done)

ii. Contact Details: Fax # does not have to be a required box and remove
the zip code box in the contact details section. (Done)
2. Branches
a. Branch Details:
i. I still do not understand the “working hours” section why is this
needed?(Ans:-For citywide it is not required but for a business that
does not want to use scheduling software, we can use working hours
for the start time and end time of the shift.)
ii. The Date format and time format is locked I cannot change it. Can you
give the option to update. (Ans:-Date format and time format are
locked for now they will be changeable after our next build on the
server by the end of this April.)
b. Pay Period:
i. This is labeled as pay period but seems like it is actually setting up the
pay dates. We should be able to set up “pay periods” and Pay dates
here.
1. Indicate if they are fixed dates or days.
2. Need to be able to select date ranges for periods
3. Pay Frequency (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Bi-monthly, or Monthly)
a. If weekly is selected should have option to provide
what the work week is ie: Sun-Sat, Mon-Sun
i. Then have an indicator on what day of the week
the pay date for each pay period is.
b. If Bi-Weekly is selected, still need to indicate what a
work week is for the company and then what the pay
DAY for this would be.
c. If Bi-Monthly is selected, need to indicate for what date
range the period is and then what the DATE it gets paid
on.
d. If Monthly is selected, need to indicate what the pay
DATE would be
c. Map View:
i. What is this tied to?
(Ans:-Map View is tied in branch for the Geo-fencing.)
d. Contact Details
i. Have this section mirror the changes requested in the company contact
details.
3. Holiday
a. Can we prepopulate federal holidays and then give the option to select which
ones they want and if they are paid or unpaid. Does this also tie in for
invoicing? Sometimes we bill clients at a holiday rate but do not pay the
employee a holiday rate.(In-Progress)
i. Date Range is not needed.
1. Need for the system to recognize holidays yearly when they are
not fixed days.
4. Break:
a. Break time  Relabel as “Break Duration” (Done)
