General Rules has to be studied by the guests for cancellation & refund .
In case of Online Booking refund of cancellation money will be paid through URL.
There is no provision of generator during power cut.
Check-In is 10:30AM and Check-Out time is 9:30AM
In case of cancellation is desired, GST Amount will not be refunded. The refundable amount
will be as follows:
Between 60 days to 15 days from the date of reservation- 90%
Between 15 days to 7 days from the date of reservation(For Auditorium)-90%
Between 15 days to 7 days from the date of reservation-75%
Between 6 days to before 2 days from the date of reservation-50 & After that –NILL
Part Cancellation will not be allowed.
The Department of Youth Services, Government of West Bengal shall reserve its right to cancel
any booking at any time in respect of any Youth Hostel in case of emergent situation and for the
interest of public. The booking money will be returned to the user subsequently.
