BUSINESS IDEA:
The group members want to gain higher income and decided to sell
p product with higher demand. The main objective is to sell product that
can provide satisfaction to the consumer in affordable price. The majo-
rity of the member chose to sell variety of food. Through brainstorming
the business probably stands out by putting labels in packaging
adding twist, unique strategies and other extra effort. The members
b abilities, skills, and intelligences will carry the entire business to establish
success. By considering product close to the heart of the consumer the
members are able to sell faster and raise funds.
BUSINESS NAME:
MACJ’s variety food- The name derived from the first letter of each
members name. The members find out that it is a unique, easy to pro-
nounce and memorable.
V TARGET MARKET:
Since members are students of Decalachao National High School
(DNHS) the target consumer will be students, teachers, and other school
personnel. Members are residents of Bgy San Jose and decided to sell
product on their own living place.

STRENGHTS:
- Cooperation/unity
- Flexible in terms of choosing product to sell.
- Hard work from each member.
- Able to come up with new ideas, new strategies, and new product
to sell.
WEAKNESSES:
- Availability of needed materials.
- Don’t have proper area to prepare product to sell.
- Time management.
OPPORTUNITY:
N -Outcomes will be the basis of how good entrepreneur MACJ’s
members are.

SOURCE OF FUND
The five members will contribute worth 100.00 to accumulate total funds
of 500.00 in order to run food business.
The combined money of the members will use to buy needed ingredients.
MAJOR ASSUMPTION:
The business proponent will be required members to work safety in a
work place including; Keeping the food and area clean. Proper training
on business to test their intelligence, knowledge, and skills for its success.
As an entrepreneur soon, members must practice good relationship to
their costumers because they play important role in a business.
