Initial Assessments and Impression of the Crime and the Crime Scene:

The dead victim, lying face down, was tied at the lower trunk of a mahogany tree
with a rope tied around his neck. There were blood spatters including the victims pants on
the buttocks area.

Possible Motive: Anger

Other Significant Information Gathered:


The victim was tied at the lower trunk of a mahogany tree, with a rope tied around his
neck. There were blood spatters on the rope and the tree trunk where the rope was
positioned as well as blood stains on the victim’s pants down to the buttocks area.

The victim lying face down on the ground with his right hand above his head and his
left hand by his hips. A 7.5 meter, 3 mm yellow polyethylene rope, was tied around his neck
with the other end tied around the mahogany tree. There is no strangulation mark on his
neck.

There are shoeprints surrounding the deceased victim in his left side and near his
head. No identification items are present, but the victim is wearing pink pants and a dark
blue shirt, which is torn in the chest area.
