Pursuant to Notification No. 008-BOPEE of 2024 dated. 30.01.2024, the Board conducted
the first round of counselling of eligible candidates for admission to Bachelor of Physiotherapy in
Composite Regional Centre, Bemina, Srinagar and Jammu College of Physiotherapy, Jammu on
01.02.2024. The list of candidates who have participated in the counselling and have been
provisionally allotted seats in the Colleges / Courses on the basis of Merit-cum-Preference is hereby
notified as per Annexure-A to this notification which shall remain available on the official website of
the Board www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The provisionally selected candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted
Colleges/Institutions up to 8th of February, 2024 (till 4.00 pm) along with the following
Documents/Certificates in original for check/verification.

1. Date of Birth Certificate (10th Class)

2. 10+2 Marks Card.
3. Domicile Certificate.
4. NEET Score Card.
5. Category Certificate, if any.
6. Any other document(s) as may be required by the College/Institution.

The Heads of the Colleges/Institutions are advised to furnish short fall, if any on 8th of
February, 2024 till (05.00 p.m.) through e-mail [email protected] /
[email protected].

Note: -
1. The candidates who have been allotted seats in accordance with their merit/ preferences
shall have to join against the said allotted seats upto 08.02.2024 positively and in case any
candidate fails to join against his/her allotted seat(s) he/she shall not be eligible to
participate in the 2nd Round of Physical Upgradation/Allotment Counselling under any
circumstances, if any, conducted by the Board.
2. The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be liable to be cancelled in
case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false / fabricated, and action
as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidates.
3. It is hereby implored upon the Management of the concerned Colleges/Institutions to
ensure the veracity of documents, particularly the Category Certificate wherever the
admission is to be granted in lieu of a Reserved Category.
4. The Heads of the concerned Collages/Institutions are advised to download the copy of this
notification alongwith its Annexure-A from the official website of the Board viz.
www.jkbopee.gov.in for reference and record.
5. For fee/documents required for admission in the College/Institution, the provisionally
selected candidates are advised to contact the concerned College/Institution before
admission.
6. The seats which shall remain unfilled after the conclusion of this Round of Counselling
alongwith the seats, if any, received as short-fall from the concerned Colleges/Institutions
shall be filled during subsequent Rounds of Counselling, if any, conducted by the Board.
7. The Heads of the concerned Collages/Institutions are requested to keep their admission
counters open on Holidays/Off-days, if any, falling in between, to facilitate the candidates to
complete their admission well in time and the candidates should in their own interest avoid
waiting for the last day of completing the admission formalities as the delay in such matters
has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.
8. This notification is issued without any prejudice and subject to final outcome of Writ
Petition, if any, pending before any Competent Court of Law.

The other Terms and Conditions shall, however, remain the same as notified by the Board in
various Notifications/Notices issued from time to time in this regard.
