ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Employees Qualification - Minimum 10th Pass
Experience – 6 Month in Typing Work or Data Entry Work
Knowledge – Basic Knowledge of Computer Like : Excel, Power Point, Word, Internat.
Typing Speed – 30 or above on laptop or Keyboard.
Requirements – Computer Systems with proper Configuration, Internet (WIFI), Power
Backup, Facility of Transportation,
Team Manager is Mandatory.
CARGO PROJECT INTERPRETATION
100% typing work.
Filling the form takes 1.5 or 2 minutes.
We will provide Demo images, Demo video, Training, Data, Software.
Online Training will be given for 2 – 3 days.
Contract will be sign with hard copy.
Data is to be deposit in 30 days.
Duration of project 11 month.

Offline data entry projects.
Non-voice data entry work.
Format of data in JPG/JPEG/PDF/Excel.
We are provide the data and software.

WORKLOAD
Workload per seat is 3000-5000 forms/month.
Workload per 1 slot (5 seat) 15000-25000 forms/month.
Completion 80% of each slot is necessary in 30 days.
Submission of data in 30 days.
TRAINING
▶ Training will start on the first day of the activation of software.
▶ Training provided online through Anydesk software, Teamviewer software
and telly communication.
▶ Training will be provided to both your trainers and agents.
▶ The training will be Completed in 2-3 days, then data will be given for
work
UPFRONT CHARGES AND PAYOUTS
Security amount
▶ Security deposit – 25,000/- INR/Seat x 5 Seat = 1,25,000/- INR ( 100% Refundable)
Payouts
▶ Payouts per form for 1 slot (5 seat) Rs. 30/- INR.
▶ Payouts per form for 2 slot (10 seat) Rs. 40/- INR.
▶ Payouts per form for 4 slot (20 seat) or above Rs. 50/- INR.

▶ Payouts per form Rs. 30/- INR
▶ 4000-5000 form will be provided for one seat
▶ 5,000 form x 30/- INR = 1,50,000/- INR per seat / month
▶ 25,000 form x 30/- INR = 7,50,000/- INR per 1 slot / month
PAYOUT ACCORDING TO ACCURACY
▶ 98.01%-100% : 30 INR
▶ 95.01%-98% : 28 INR
▶ 90.01%-95% : 24 INR
▶ 85.01%-90% : 18 INR
▶ 80.01%-85% : 16 INR
▶ 75.01%-80% : 12 INR
▶ 70.01%-75% : 10 INR
▶ 65.01%-70% : 08 INR
▶ 60.01%-65% : 04 INR
▶ 50.01%-60% : REWORK
▶ Below 50% : Termination
SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT
▶ Submission of the data in 30 days.
▶ After submission the quality report will be given in 7-8 international
working days.
▶ Billing process- After that quality report in 2-3 international working days.
▶ Payment will be paid according to the accuracy of the quality report.

TERMS AND CONDITION
▶ Project can start minimum 1 slot (5 seat).
▶ Security amount deposit through Cheque, Cash, Online, Bank guarantee, Demand
draft, Indiamart ( Pay x).
▶ Security amount payment through indiamart (Pay x), Bank guarantee more then 30
seats.
▶ We are providing PDC ( POST DEPOSITE CHEQUE) of client with agreement.
▶ The level of accuracy below 50% centre will be terminated.
▶ 3000-5000 forms will be provided for 1 seat.
▶ Filling up a 80% form on a seat is mandatory.
▶ 100% security amount will be refundable, if you bring 80% accuracy in the first
month.
▶ 100% security amount will be refunded, if you bring the accuracy 80% above 3
months of the beginning.
▶ 100% security amount of deposit charges are refundable after 11 month, if centre not
getting any rework or termination.
▶ Do not use any third party Software otherwise centre will be terminated.
