INTRODUCTION:
The present survey is entitled with career consultancy; this research is conducted through out the university (from morning to evening). We have got tremendous response from students belonging to different department. We surveyed from art, science, commerce as well as from IBA. Each of them has appreciated our efforts and filled up form quite willingly. In this survey we have analyze the reasons of changing career and the problems people has to confront during and after choosing career program or goal. Recently, our economy is in recession period due to which jobs are almost seized due to this it has adverse effect on the job seekers as well as students studying in different programs, now, their careers are in danger no one knows whether after doing their degree program they would be able to get job or not. It has increase frustration among them. We know that education has always been the basic tool to shape a career but things has changed in the past few decades as the developed world has undergone through revolution based upon information and knowledge. Career problems are facing by most of the people. Through this survey we found out the ways to avoid the gaffes that can ruin our chances of a job offers.

ABSTRACT:
Our survey validates our growing concerns with the career problems. Most of the result intimate, that lack of guidance is the major hurdle for acquiring the best career. They are not satisfied their studying program as their goals are different from their career and they wants that professional workshops should be provided so that the will not face problems in their practical life. The school is the most important stage for building a career, this stage is like a backbone for making a good career. Young children, who do not behave well in school even beyond the age of 8 years, might have to compromise on their education and professional success later in life. Difficulty getting along with classmates, aggressive or disruptive behaviors, and sad or withdrawn behaviors in kindergarten did not detract from academic achievement in childhood and early adolescence. Overcoming career problems is a common issue in job interview preparation. "Should I come clean or try to hide it?" is a question we're frequently asked on the forums we moderate. No one has a perfect CV history. Most of us have either had something about our working career that we want to brush over or a skill we can't demonstrate as well as the recruiter might wish.

The main purpose of this survey was to collect information from students studying in different programs. We analyze that mostly students because of lack of guidance and knowledge select a wrong career or studying program or not satisfied with their current studying program which not match with their mind or interest. The students want a guideline about their career through professional workshops and professional trainings that play an important role in their practical life.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Government should take such steps which can be helpful for choosing a career, in their regard effective program should be introduced from school level, So that the awareness programs from public as well as private sector will enlighten the importance of a field for practical approach and this awareness can tempt students to join a right program of their interest. The student in the very early stage know their field of interest and their skills also which is helpful for the students to select their studying programmed. In college/University level professional training should also be a part of education system it can not only provide students an introduction towards professional life but also it will produce skilled people for each designation. Education programs and quality should improve so that, it not only provide degree but also it filled confidence and hope of better future. When students will have hope of securing job after getting education it will decrease frustration among them and their energies would only be utilized in getting better degree rather than worrying about job. The internship program like, NIP must be encourage for provided the graduate students which is helpful the student to select the field of specialization and that is a best way of government for providing jobs to the young people and take education as major factor in their consideration.

INTRODECTION Nowadays mobile phone is become compulsory for every one. In 2nd hand we can say that its a symbol of status, because 5 year old child have his own mobile. Mobile is way of communication which make life easy & comfort but the excess of every think become harmful ,mobile is a part of life but for those person they have jobs & jobless person use mobile. Every thing has both aspects positive and negative. Its up to you, you use it either positive way or negative way. As for as positive aspects of mobile is concerned, we easily contact the person weather it is, nowadays the situation of the city is suddenly unstable, so in this situation we easily contact the person. In this era mobile is necessary for girls who go outside for studying, jobs and so on because their parent easily to contact them. Its a cheap way to deliver our statement to others due to cheap rates of call and sms. It is effort to everyone either rich or poor. It is quite time saving, in a jiffy we deliver our messages. Conclusion
We are going to discuss about mobile phone and it user, if we go 10 to 20 year back we find that mobile there was a unique invention, that has an big intervention, it was like phone hand piece. Call mobile phone. That time it was too costly and rear people had have it, But as we see in 2009 and according to my survey every one have his own mobile we can not get that it is same because its shape feature and size have changed along these all things a big part has changed and that is its user. According too my research I have seen that usage of mobile has become as common as radio, even more than it the usage of it has spread from business man to common man, As per my research I have noticed that in Pakistan there are some categories of nation who use it properly and purposefully other wise there is being missed of their invention by some categories of nation including daily wages labor, students and some other people. 3 to 4 years before people is became habitual to use mobile, and the selection of sim should be in bases of call rates, but people use pre-paid mobile rather than post paid, still mobile is not a too much necessary for us because people take mobile for family and friend, and the selection of mobile are also for friend. People change the connection according to the charges of calls rate, other wise packages now a day easy load is the best way for recharge, but still people like to use scratch card, average people spend 300 to 800 per month,50% person knows about taxes, RESULT IS POSITIVE ACCORDING TO PREFRANCE & BEHAVIOR OF MOBILE PHONE USER EVERY ONE HAVE HER OWN MOBILE & PREFERENCES OF MOBILE IS WELL BEHAVE
