Resolution No. 01-2018
A RESOLUTION FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION
MANAGEMENT FUNDS (BDRRMF) OF THE BARANGAY IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE
HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY ONE AND 15/100 PESOS
ONLY (P179,361.15) FOR BUDGETARY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the BDRRM fund of this barangay aims to build the disaster resilience of
the community for reducing disaster risk and enhancing disaster preparedness and
response capabilities of our ERT and BDRRMC;
WHEREAS, IRR of RA 10121; rule 18 section 2 states that the amount appropriated
for the BDRRM fund of 30% shall be allocated to the Quick Response Fund (QRF) or stand
by fund for relief and recovery programs;
WHEREAS, The Barangay Development Council, of this barangay adheres to adapt
the universal norms, principles and standards of humanitarian assistance to overcome
human suffering due to recurring disaster and calamities;
WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation, the honorable body of this Barangay
concurs the appropriation of BDRRM fund in the amount of P179,361.15.
HEREBY RESOLVED AS IT IS:
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution is to be furnished to the office of
the MDRRMO, Honorable Sanggunian Bayan, MBO, and other related offices for their
guidance and appropriate action.
