10.11 Grievance redressal Addressees need to visit the portal. Fill all the
mechanism for faculty, staff information and complaint on the portal and
and students
submit. The request would be forwarded to the
respective officer and if required will be escalated
to higher authorities in the institute. An inquiry will
be initiated for the matter. The coordinator or
committee head may arrange for face to face
meeting if required. However, if the addressee is
not satisied he/she can revive the complaint.
