Dear Building Management,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention
several pressing hygiene and safety issues that have recently come to my notice in
our apartment building. As a resident, I believe it is crucial to address these matters
promptly to ensure the well-being of all tenants.
Firstly, I have observed that the common areas, particularly the hallways and
stairwells, are not being cleaned regularly. Accumulated dust and debris not only
create an unpleasant environment but also pose health risks, especially for
residents with allergies or respiratory issues. Additionally, the garbage disposal
area has become increasingly unsanitary, with overflowing bins attracting pests
and creating foul odors.
Secondly, I am concerned about the inadequate lighting in certain areas of
the building, particularly in the stairwells and parking garage. Poor visibility can
lead to accidents and falls, especially for elderly residents or those carrying heavy
items. Furthermore, the lack of proper security measures, such as functioning
surveillance cameras, raises safety concerns for all tenants.
To improve the situation, I suggest implementing a regular cleaning
schedule for common areas and ensuring that garbage is collected more frequently.
Additionally, enhancing the lighting in dimly lit areas and installing or repairing
security cameras would significantly increase safety for all residents.
I kindly request a response regarding the actions you plan to take to address
these issues. It is essential for us to work together to maintain a safe and hygienic
living environment. Thank you for your attention to these matters, and I look
forward to your prompt reply.
Sincerely,
Nguyen Thi Kim Anh
