Managing Voice Mail in Telia.

When you want to manage the settings of your Voice Mail or its supplementary services, log
in to [Link] with your phone number or password.
If you do not have a password or you have forgotten it, you can request a new one. Send the
message SALASANA *desired password here* to 15400 (€0).
How do I log in to Telia to manage my Voice Mail?
Log in to [Link]/yrityksille/kirjaudu and select ”Valitse mitä haluat hallinnoida” – tab
”Omaa työsuhdeliittymääsi”.
Enter your phone number and password and press ”Kirjaudu” (Login).
To access to Voice Mail interface, go to the Littymätiedot (Subscription details) tab and select
Vastaaja (Voice Mail).
1.1 Voice Mail messages
Here you can manage (listen, delete and save) the voice messages left in your voice Mail.
The messages you have listened to are deleted automatically after 72 hours unless you have
saved them or deleted them earlier.
Unlistened messages are saved in Voice Mail Plus service for 30 days. The messages you
have listened to are deleted automatically after 72 hours. You can listen to your voice mail
messages, including the ones you have saved, through the [Link] interface or by calling
your voice Mail number.
You can also forward a message to an email address or to voice mail of another Telia
subscription by selecting Lähetä edelleen (Forward).
The settings also allow you to check how much storage capacity you are using.
1.2 Saved messages
You can save your important messages. These messages are saved until you delete them.
1.3 Deleted messages
When you delete messages, they are moved to the Poistetut viestit (Deleted messages)
folder. They are removed permanently after 24 hours, after which they are no longer
available. If you select Poista pysyvästi (Delete permanently), the messages are removed
immediately.
1.4 Settings - Greetings
Here you can play and enable greetings. If you want to record a new greeting, dial your
Voice Mail number and follow the instructions.
Do not forget to save the changes!
1.5 Settings – PIN settings
You can change your voice mail PIN and decide whether PIN is asked for or not.
1.6 Settings – Messages
Here you can adjust the settings for listening to messages. The default language of your
voice mail is Finnish, but if you wish, you can change it (to Swedish or English) here.
Notification settings allow you to specify whether or not you receive a notification of new
voice messages to your phone.
At the notification settings you can also select the Multimedia message option, in which case
the message is sent to your phone as an MMS. Please make sure your phone is able to
receive these messages. You can also forward messages automatically to up to 20 email
addresses and Telia Voice Mails.
1.7 Supplementary service – Fax Mail
If you have the Fax Mail supplementary service in addition to voice mail, you can view the
service settings at Asetukset (Settings) – Viestit (Messages). You can set a default fax
number and enable automatic fax printing on the default fax number. You can also forward
faxes to up to 20 different email addresses automatically. If you have opted for email by
ticking the box next to the email field, incoming faxes are sent automatically to these
addresses.
