RESOLUTION EXPRESSING FULL SUPPORT ON THE JOINING OF CAYABU
INRTEGRTAED SCHOOL IN THE UPCOMING TANAY HANE FESTIVAL STREET
DANCING COMPETITION ON NOV 09, 2024
Whereas, Tanay Hane Festival is annual founding celebration of the Municipality
of Tanay every second Saturday of November.
Whereas, Tanay Hane Festival is an extra-curricular activity that promotes
camaraderie among students and provide an avenue where students can
showcase their talents and express themselves.

Whereas, Tanay Hane Festival recognize the significant role of Barangay in aiding
the school system mold students into responsible and responsive citizens of the
country and in contributing to efforts to achieve holistic education.
Whereas, as an extra-curricular program, Tanay Hane Festival helps stem away vices and bad influence
of drugs and peers. As such, cooperation and participation in Tanay Hane Festival and its programs,
projects, and activities should be highly encouraged and supported in the schools and the community.
Whereas, the parents of participating students are aware of the responsibility and
agreed to the voluntary contributions to be collected by the SPTA treasurers.
Whereas, the SPTA believes in the ideals, aims, and objectives of Tanay Hane
Festival, hence resolve and request the DepEd Schools Division of Siargao to allow
our children to participate in the said scouting activity.
Wherefore, on motion of Relyn Balanan, duly seconded severally, it was
Resolved, as it is hereby resolved, THAT the SPTA expresses support and requests
the granting of approval allowing the participation of Cayabu Integrated School in
the upcoming Tanay Hane Festival to be held on November 9 – 12, 2024 at
Tanay Rizal province of Rizal
Resolved, Finally, THAT a copy of this resolution be furnished, to the office of the
Schools Division Superintendent throughCatherine F. Resurreccion, School
Principal of Cayabu Integrated School this Division; and other Offices concerned,
for their information and reference / appropriate action.
