Qualifications
• Bachelor in Business Administration or related field, Master preferred.
Experience
• 5 - 7 years’ experience of Account Management and Territory Sales.
• Knowledge in IT solutions.
• Proven experience as key account manager
• Experience of direct customer contact.
• Experience of managing major corporate accounts at head office level.
• Experience of presenting proposals at senior management level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, Odoo preferred.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• A good understanding of what is required to develop and maintain the most valuable customer
relationships.

• Developing new sales opportunities.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their
objectives.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
