Comprehensive examination
Date & Time: 04/05/2024(FN) (Please refer the Academic
calendar/Communication from Instruction office for confirmation)
Duration: 3 hours
Max. Marks: 110
Component: Closed Book
Nature of the Test: There will be two question papers: Part-A and
Part-B
Part-A for 40 marks. Time – 1hour
Part-B for 70 marks Time – 2 hours
Part-A consists of short answer type questions and to be answered within
1hour and answer should be written in the question paper cum answer sheet
itself showing all the intermediate steps in arriving at the final answer.
For rough works of both part-A and Part-B one supplementary answer book
will provided.

Q1. Find the output of the circuit shown in Fig1.
Steps to be written within this box.
Final Answer ----------→ V0 = V
At the end of one hour, Part-A question paper cum answer book has to be
handed over to the invigilators and then collect the Part-B question paper
and main answer book.
Part-B consists of long answer type questions and answers should be written
in the main answer books supplied. Please do not ask extra supplementary
book for Part-B.
Special Note: 1. Exchange of calculators and other articles are not allowed.
2. Every one has to produce their id card.
3. Overwritten answers will not be evaluated.
4. Try to write the answers for each question within one page.
5. Do not leave blank pages in between.
6. Write the formula, substitute the values, and then write the
final answer. Each step carries marks. If you write the
final answer directly, without showing the substitution,
marks will not be given.
7. Do not carry mobile phones and other electronic gadgets
during the test time.
8. No makeup will be entertained. Please take extreme care to
see that you will not miss the examination.
9. Please make an index showing the attempted Question
number and page number. Answer all the subparts of the
questions together.
10. All answers should be written in PEN only.
11. Any answer written in pencil will not be evaluated.
