A. Introduction of the Study
Good day!
This is the fourth group of Grade 11 – ABM Maxwell in the subject Practical
Research 1 of Science Technology Education Center Senior High School Department,
our research study is entitled “Each Cent Counts: A Comparative Study of the
Factors Influencing Spending Decisions among Students with Different
Allowances in STEC-SHS S.Y. 2024-2025”.
This study aims to explore the various factors that influence the spending
decisions of STEC-SHS students with different allowances. We believe that your input
will greatly help us understand these factors and how they impact students like yourself.
In this regard, we are conducting an interview, and we are seeking your valuable
insights as a key informant.
Your participation is completely voluntary, and you are free to withdraw at any
time. Rest assured that any information you share will be kept confidential and used
only for academic purposes.

A. Introductory Questions
1. Good morning/afternoon! How are you today?

1. What are the things that you usually spend your allowance or money on?
