Johari Window

What others know about me?

Ans: Others may find/know me as a happy person since I always get them laughed everytime I am with
them around, a playful yet observant, problem solver and a person who always try his best to accomplish a
task or problem. Aside from that, other might also see me as being blessed by geniuses, yet everything that
I’ve made up is just based on how I appreciate and valued things that I do. That’s why the outcome is always
a positive.

What others don’t know about me?

Ans: Others might don’t know that I am a person who always overthink in life, let’s say a person has a
depression and sometimes want to be serious in life. A person who once have a bad day in life, overthinking
too much and a person who is always adjust in different environment just to feel unusual and complicated to
everyone. In addition, I am also a person who got a lot of things to be stressed about, sometimes I cannot
deny that I do procrastinate myself, but then after all I always finished every tasks that is being given to me.

Things you don’t know about yourself, but others do know?

Ans: Well, it’s pretty hard to say such a thing that I don’t really know since it’s quite deeper already. But I
guess, it would be how attractive I am both in my personality, mental, and physical well-being. I really don’t
what others might think about me but, as a person who attract and being attract by others, I guess it’s just the
same way how I am being attracted by others, perhaps because of their personalities or something. It always
depends anyway.

What is unknown by yourself and is unknown by others?

Ans: Well, perhaps it would be my inner self that perhaps I didn’t yet explore or I didn’t yet see in myself
and to others, this question is actually quite complex to think about since we really don’t know who we are,
not until a particular thing will trigger our inner-self just to show up the real “me” or the real “who I am”.
But then, it always depends in ourselves after all, we cannot just make some instincts about who we really
are. Because the real “self” always defy our own perspectives.

NSTP Orientation

The orientations was mainly focus on the foundation of NSTP organization, we were being discussed
by different NSTP teachers/coordinators by this course. The discussion was actually focusing on the
importance of implementing NSTP into all schools (most probably those public universities), they also
tackle about what are the possible things that NSTP have in terms of implementing wide consciousness
knowledge by the particular student. Aside from that, the different terms and regulations by the university
and the NSTP course was also being discussed by us, and as being expected there are some open forums
wherein students can able to share and ask what they wanted to be clarified. After the orientation, around 12
noon, we took our lunch break and came back to the gymnasium for continuation of discussion, they even
gave us an activity to be answered and online attendance was also being given. After how many hours of
discussion, the orientation was finally accomplished.

Future Plan

My experience in the National Service Training Program (NSTP) has really influenced my
perspective on service and leadership, which I believe this will shape my future actions and career choices in
significant ways.

Firstly, NSTP taught me the value of community engagement. Through various activities, I learned
about the challenges faced by different sectors of society, and I found myself becoming more empathetic and
understanding towards others. This newfound empathy is something I plan to carry with me into my future
career, especially if I choose a path in fields like social work, education, or community development. I now
feel a strong sense of responsibility to give back, and I want my professional life to reflect that commitment
to serving others.

Additionally, the teamwork and leadership skills I cultivated during NSTP are invaluable assets.
Working on group projects pushed me to communicate effectively and appreciate diverse viewpoints. As I
move forward in my career, these skills will be essential, regardless of the path I choose. Whether I’m
collaborating with colleagues or engaging with clients, I now feel equipped to approach situations with a
balanced mindset.

Moreover, the program instilled in me the importance of social awareness and advocacy Wright, E.
C. H. (2017). I became more conscious of social issues, and I feel motivated to contribute positively to
society. This awareness could lead me toward careers in nonprofit organizations or public policy, where I
can actively participate in driving change and addressing critical societal challenges.
