Pre-use Check
Please check the following before the opening.
Tool
1. Check that output shaft is normal shape.
2. Check that tool is normal shape.
3. Check that a shaft turns in right rotation direction.
4. Check that a shaft turns smoothly.
5. Check that an abnormal sound does not occur from tool.
6. Check that an abnormal smell does not occur from tool.

Controller
1. Check that a power lamp turns on at power supply ON.
2. Check that a controller displays it normally.
3. Check that an abnormal sound does not occur from controller.
4. Check that a abnormal smell does not occur from controller.

Cable
1. Check that a tool cable does not have a flaw, a crack.
2. Check the complete joining of the connector.

Danger
Never repair the product by disassembling it.
Electric shock or injury may result.

Regular Inspection
Our NUTRUNNER is designed to be maintenance free. But, it is recommended that the tool be inspected
regularly to maintain high performance.
As for the check and the adjustment, it is desirable that the worker with the qualification is carried out.

Cleaning

Please keep a tool and a controller cleanliness to maintain normal control.


Please wipe the cleaning with dry tender cloth.

About the Repair

Danger
Never repair the product by disassembling it.
Electric shock or injury may result.

Sanyo will repair tools under warranty (free of charge) with in 1 year of purchase, if the tool was used under
normal tightening conditions for under 250,000 counts and was not abused.
The customer is responsible for charges to overhaul and/or repair any other damages to the tool.

14.4.1 Parts of Consumption

Our NUTRUNNER is designed to be maintenance free. There are no parts regularly exchanged.

Internal Setting
The setting of the button at the front of the controller is finished. It need not be changed usually.
Please do not touch it.
It is not necessary to usually change this setting.
Please operate it based on the following explanation definitely when a change of the setting was necessary.
The hatching of the indication image shows that indication flashes on and off.

Key operation Display Contents

The model of the tool is displayed.


(A left example is the display which connected SHD-
(1) Power ON
T1-012P.)
Mode is the Normal Mode.

「SEL」
(2) The controller goes into a mode menu.
Push and hold

The controller goes into the Initial Setting Mode by

pushing “ENT”.

(4) 「ENT」 It is displayed "In00" blinking.

The setting is changed by "UP" or "DOWN".

(8) 「ENT」 If driver type is DR1 then “0”, DR2 then “1”.
A push on "ENT" will write on memory.

(9) 「ENT」 It is displayed "In01" blinking.

(10) 「SEL」×3 A push on "ENT" then It returns to (1).

A changed value is not written in memory when you back using "SEL" in
