I. OBJECTIVES:
By the end of the lesson, Students ( Sts ) will be able to:
1. Attributes:
- Leadership ( Country’s loving ): each group’s leader collects ideas of members in group, then
summarize the ideas for group
- Kindness: help the partner, members in groups to complete the learning tasks
- Diligence: work hard to complete learning tasks
- Honesty: tell the truth a bout the toys, play fair in competitions or in games
- Responsibility: be self-conscious and responsible to complete the learning tasks
2. General competences:
- Self-study: individual work
- Communication and collaboration: work in pairs, work in groups
- Problem-solving and creativity: complete the tasks, can list some extra toys
3. Core competences:
- Language competence:
comprehend a language ( English )
know some new words about toys
can identify and say about the toys in real life
II. LANGUAGE CONTENTS:
Vocabulary:
New words: doll , ball , teddy bear , car
III. TEACHING AIDS:
Laptop, projector-overhead and pro-screen (or television), flashcards, word cards, chalk and black
board, A0 papers, CD player (if have no laptop, projector-overhead and pro-screen)

Pelmanism (guessing game), group work, table-cover (table cloth)

1.1 Listen and point:
_ Sts look at the pictures, listen and point ( 2 times )
1.2 Listen and repeat:
_ Sts repeat the words ( 2 times ) words: doll, ball, teddy bear, car
_ Then repeat each word 3 times (listen and imitate to say the words)
_ T notes the final sounds
Part 2: Listen and chant. (TR 13)
_ Sts listen and chant ( 3 times ), clap hands while chanting
_ T corrects Sts’ pronunciation
_ T sticks 4 flashcards on the board
_ Sts are asked to say the words in whole class, in team and in
doll ball teddy bear car

Consolidate the words

_ T corrects and gives score
Or T can use game technique: ( individual work)
_ T prepares a box with the toys inside (real objects)
_ Sts are asked to close the eyes, take out one toy, feel and guess,
then say the toy (One St for each time)
